Which networks will I use?
Smart and Globe. Your phone joins whichever is strongest where you are, and switches if signal changes.
Does it work on the islands?
Yes, wherever Smart or Globe has signal, including Cebu, Boracay and Palawan. Small or remote islands can be patchy.
Do I get a Philippines phone number?
No. Tetherd plans are data only. Keep your own SIM switched on for calls and texts from home, and use WhatsApp, FaceTime or Messenger over your data.
When does my plan start?
When your phone first connects to a network in Philippines. Install it at home the day before you fly. The days don't start counting until you arrive.
